Buffalo Wrap
The buffalo wrap is always a great choice!
1/2 Cobb Salad
Excellent cobb salad with choice of 1/2 or whole and dressing choices, too. Plan to return tomorrow (Aug. 30) for lunch with my husband.
French Dip
OMG...this was the best French Dip I have ever had....and Ive had alot of em. Meat was cooked to perfection...thinly sliced per menu description and the Au Jus was hot! Now for me when a menu says thinluy sliced...I take it with a grain of salt. This description was spot on. Fries were slighly tan and crispy yet not burnt and tender inside. Very please with the choice I made...cant wait to go back. Oh and the margarita...was super tasteful...not sour perfectly portioned to flavor and tequila. Thank you so much!
Southern Scramble
I loved this breakfast, as it was filling, but not heavy. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the sausage had a balanced flavor and good char, the gravy was homemade, and the biscuits were lovely. This dish is an example of why Tumwater is lucky to have The Brick - they serve comforting diner food that's a bit fancy. I so appreciate that. ?
Country Potatoes
Very good and has veggies with them!
The Walruz
The "go to" place for my family and I is The Brick. Almost everything we have tried on the menu, we like, if not love. The Walruz sandwich is one of my favorites. There are times we are going to The Brick because I am craving one. It is a turkey sandwich, with tomato, Swiss cheese and mayo, on grilled sourdough. Every time I have had it, the cheese is melted to a luscious level of "ooey-gooey". Think of the best club sandwich you have ever had, and take away the inconvenience of a triple-decker sandwich: nothing sliding out as you try to take a bite. Only, this time the cheese is not cold, it is melted onto your sandwich, and you get that wonderful tang of sourdough bread to go with all the mellow and sweet flavors of the turkey and swiss cheese. This is just my #1 of many things I love at The Brick. Some of which I didn't know I would love before I went there.
French Dip
French Dip is one of my faves! Very tasty and the meat is cooked to perfection. I usually get the home fries or salad as my side. Their pizzas look good, so I plan on trying that too! Everyone is always friendly and don't make you feel rushed.
Hot Wing Pizza
My favorite pizza! So delicious. Love pairing the spicy with a nice cold Rainier beer.
Reuben
I've had so many menu items (appetizers, salads, Sammies/burgers, pizzas) but I most recently had the Reuben. Hands down the best one I have had in quite awhile! I haven't ordered anything yet that I didn't love
